What we store

If you sign in with Telegram we store your Telegram user id, display name and username, your chosen interface language, and a record of which alerts we sent you. That is the complete set. We do not ask for, or hold, your name as it appears on documents, your address, your passport data, or any information about your appointment.

Why we store it

Your Telegram id is the address we deliver alerts to, so processing it is necessary to provide the service you asked for. The delivery log exists so a restart cannot send you the same alert twice, and so we can investigate a missing message.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the current status of your subscription, which is what tells us whether to send you instant alerts.

What we publish

The statistics on this site are derived from our own observations of a public page. They contain no information about our users.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from your dashboard at any time, which removes your user record, sessions and delivery log. Invoicing records held by Stripe are kept as long as tax law requires. To ask about anything on this page, or to request erasure by email, write to sentance22@gmail.com.

Third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Telegram (message delivery), Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. We do not sell data and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
