What this service is
We observe a publicly accessible page and tell you when it changes. That is the entire service. We are not affiliated with DP Dokument, we do not act on its behalf, and nothing here is official information. The authoritative source is always the centre's own page.
What we do not do
We do not book appointments, reserve slots, hold slots, or act for you in the queue in any way. Booking requires identity verification through Diia.Signature or BankID and can only be completed by you in person on the official site. Anyone offering to book on your behalf is not us.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not promise that you will obtain an appointment. The number of slots is limited, the official page releases them at unpredictable times, and they are frequently taken within minutes. We also do not promise uninterrupted monitoring: the official site rate-limits automated access, and during a block we cannot see the queue. Current monitoring health is published on our home page so you can judge it yourself.
Alert timing
We check the page every 45 to 60 seconds, so an alert typically reaches you within about a minute of a window opening. Free-tier alerts are deliberately delayed by 15 minutes; this is stated on the pricing page and is the difference between the tiers.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard, taking effect at the end of the paid period. Because this is a digital service that begins immediately, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want it to start before the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed. If the service fails to work as described during a period you paid for, write to us and we will refund that period.
Acceptable use
Alerts are for your own use. Reselling our alerts, or using them to obtain appointments for resale, is not permitted and will end your subscription.
